Add mqtt_subscribe and muc_send skills
...
- mqtt_subscribe: dynamically subscribe/unsubscribe to any MQTT topic,
received messages are forwarded to XMPP admins
- muc_send: post a message to the XMPP MUC group (agents@muc.xmpp.ovh )
